Rhinebeck here we come!

So October is right around the corner , we no what that means: RHINEBECK! oooh i can't wait. I plan on having a lot of fun...October 16th get here fast.

2 months have passed since I blogged. I want to say I don't know what happened but i do. Life has become busy working full time with a toddler/ preschooler that is become hard to blog. But I just can't give up  this space. So in an effort to keep my blog I have moved to a free blog setup. I am now over at wordpress. Please feel free to join me. The address is:www.tawanah.wordpress.com. The name is still the same just a new address.  So please update your links accordingly.

Now on to the knitting. There has been knitting of course. But I will just focuse on whats on the needles. With rhinebeck right around the corner, I have to get knitted wardrobe togother. Luckily I have a sweater that I was already working on:

That would be another Drops 103 cardigan. The 1st one I knit, was just a little too tight. I'm knitting this in Cascade Eco+ . Right now Im in the midst of seaming it up.  (A side note: I hate seaming) Also on the needles is Knitty's Citron:

I'm knitting this in Malabrigo Lace, omg i now remember why i like to knit my shawls in fingering weight yarn. The yarn is so delicate but its so pretty. I can't wait to finish this. And because KJ's hat from last year does not fit her, I had to make her another hat:

This would be a hybrid Toastee/Thorpe hat based off of stitchintimenc's hat, then I decided it needed a lining, so it is looking very nice. I can't wait to finish it. Last but not least of all, i decide to knit another hat/cowl set.

The yarn is Malabrigo's new yarn Rios, oh it is so yummy and soft. The patterns are the Darkside cowl and the Skeleton Key Tam.  I can't wait to start the hat. It is really pretty. Any way i think that i have said too much.  Good night.... Im going to try really hard and not let so much time go buy dear blog.  Bye  and much love, Carmelnap.

So hi, remember me! (waving hands madly) Well I know the last time I blogged it was the beginning of May. Well I have been doing some test knitting and secret knitting and unfortunately that leaves me with nothing to talk about. However my deadline for what Im knitting will soon come to an end and then it will be back to my Babette and Over the Knee Socks, Yay!

Don't get me wrong what Im knitting is beautiful and fun to knit but I need to knit other things and not feel guilty. Anyway i just want to say hi and to let you know this blog is not abandoned.

And because i don't like blogs with no pictures, I will leave you with this pretty picture.
